CentOS in VPS Servers
You can select CentOS for your new VPS server during the registration process. We offer 32-bit and 64-bit releases, in order to give you the option to choose the one which is more suitable for the applications that you'd like to install and run. CentOS supports different web hosting Control Panels, and you will have a choice between cPanel, Hepsia and DirectAdmin, depending on what you would like to do - to make a separate account for each and every domain hosted on your server and even to start your reseller business, or to host all of your domain names together and manage the whole server as one single account. You will also have the option to buy the VPS with no Control Panel in case you need a machine with CentOS, but without the additional software which is provided with the Control Panels. This way, you will be able to set up web or database servers which are different from the default ones that we offer.
CentOS in Dedicated Servers
CentOS is one of the Operating Systems that we offer with our dedicated server plans. Throughout the sign-up process, you can choose between the 32-bit and the 64-bit release of the OS and make sure that the software environment on your new server will meet the requirements of the apps that you intend to set up. Unlike other Operating Systems, CentOS also allows you to select from several website hosting Control Panels, based on what you need the server for. With Hepsia, for example, you will be able to manage the entire server like just a single account regardless of the number of domains that you host, while with cPanel and DirectAdmin, you will be able to generate an independent account for each domain, that can give you the opportunity to start a hosting reseller business. In case you do not pick any Control Panel, you'll get your server with CentOS only, as the software that comes with the Control Panels won't be installed. We also provide you with weekly OS updates included in our Managed Services package, so you won't need to invest effort and time downloading and setting up the most up-to-date and most protected software on the dedicated server.
