Spam Filters in Hosting
The safety of any mailbox that you create in a hosting account with us is ensured by the powerful SpamAssassin email filter that we employ. You can enable it via the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and it comes with 5 levels of protection based on the spam score given to each email depending on various criteria, such as the recurrence of specific words and phrases, the sender, and so on. If you keep getting spam, you can always raise the level or if you’re afraid that you may miss a legitimate email, you can mix the automatic filter with a custom one and redirect all emails from a given sender to a different email account. If you decide that you no longer need anti-spam protection for a particular mailbox, you can disable it with only a couple of clicks of the mouse.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you create one or more email addresses with any of the domains hosted under your account, you will be able to enable the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we offer and keep all unwanted emails out of your inbox. This option is accessible through the Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel and it can be activated or deactivated for any email account whenever you like. You can also change the security level with several clicks of the mouse if unsolicited bulk emails continue to reach your inbox or the spam filter begins deleting legitimate emails. As you can choose whether the spam should be deleted instantly or delivered to a separate mailbox, you can set up email@example.com, for example, and check all filtered email messages there, so as to make sure that you will not omit an email message that you require. The messages that the email filter permits to proceed will still be received in your inbox.
